* Fair use of remote support: day-to-day incidents, up to 1 hour per month for every 5 users. Projects, migrations, new installations, training and third-party software support are quoted separately; anything beyond is billed at €60/h. Price per user per month, with no minimum number of users. Includes up to 2 devices per user; additional device €8/month. Shared or unattended machines (POS, signage, workshop): €12/month. Servers, backup, firewall and hosting are contracted as modules (see the comparison). Setup and initial audit: €249 for up to 5 users, +€35 per additional user.

We do not publish a rate, because no two rollouts are alike: it depends on your processes, the systems it connects to and the volume of work. Always quoted with a fixed scope before we start.

You get it in writing: what the agent does, how long it takes and what it costs. No open-ended hours, no surprises mid-project.
We build it, test it against your real data and train your team. After that, maintenance and improvements on a monthly fee agreed with the project.

Critical support outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays. Committed 24×7 response with an availability retainer of €79/month.
