On-site support, yes — across the whole of Mallorca, with three travel zones. Development, automation, cloud and consulting are also available remotely for clients anywhere in Spain.
Our support rate is €60/h and 24/7 emergencies €129/h, both + VAT. One-hour minimum. The same rate whether or not you are on a plan: if you are, your support is already covered and you only pay for hours beyond it.
Yes. We run an orderly transition: inventory, credential handover and documentation. We can run alongside the outgoing provider during the first month if needed.
Always. Repositories, domains, credentials and data live in your own accounts. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you.
Yes, but without a plan: we work by the hour at €60/h + VAT, plus travel by zone. The monthly plans are for businesses and freelancers only.
